I really didn't mean to be gone for so long. I guess I haven't had much crafting news to report. I've been up to my ears in coasters and that's about it lately. We just completed and delivered a huge order so I have some of my life back, at least for now.
The animal party has made an appearance on yet another medium, kraft and pink wrapping paper. These are in the shop.
I'm so very excited about fall. It's showing up everywhere here in Portland, chilly nights, falling leaves and walnuts all over the ground. It seems like we just harvested a metric shit ton (thanks for the phrase, Tom) of walnuts and here it is time to do it again. I've managed so far to keep up with my late arriving tomatoes, but I feel that they are getting ready to overwhelm. I think I'll be canning soon.

My tomatos are all ariving very late as well. We had a few before now, but now I can't seem to pick them fast enough. I thought it was just that I had done something wrong, this being my first time with tomatos, but maybe it's just the growing season is out of wack.
Do you have a good canning recipe? I couldn't possibly eat up all the ones that have now decided to ripen.
I did a little blog appreciation to you today. I am so in love with you! *giggles* Thank God for fellow crafty people like you--your shop makes my day!

I love the coasters and light switch we got from you. My husband wants another light switch so we have to choose one.
Fall in Portland being described makes me really miss the place. It's still in the 90's down here.
